I really should eat nothing except for celery sticks and water for a few days after all I have consumed over Valentines Day weekend, but there’s just this one problem. . . I still have cake left.


So I’ll just try to be good where I can – you know, like having my cake WITHOUT the whipped cream.  😉

Tuesday:            Mango Chutney Chicken Curry over Spaghetti Squash

Wednesday:      Seafood Casserole and Spinach Salad

Thursday:           Pork Tenderloin, Rosemary Sweet Potato Stackers and Kale Salad

Friday:                 Swiss Burgers with sautéed mushrooms and Zucchini Tots

Saturday:            Baked Salmon with Parmesan Herb Crust and Roasted Asparagus

Sunday:               Out of town

One good thing about Mondays . . . always a chance for a fresh start. 🙂
