Spring is here at last! At least according to the calendar anyway. Stepping outside today reminds us that Winter hasn’t quite let go yet.
I’m eager to change the season in my recipes, and I’m starting with some lighter, fresher tastes. I’m also loading up on lots of fresh fruits for snacks to have on-hand in the house. Maybe EATING like it’s Spring will encourage Spring to move in for good.
Looking forward to Farmers Markets and even my own vegetable garden, but until then, I’ll just look forward to Peapod’s arrival tomorrow.
