Oh my – I just noticed that I never hit publish on this blog. How will any of you be able to plan your weekly meals? 🙂
I have always planned out my strategy for meals for the week. Doing so in a published blog gives me a really handy tool for my own use – planning for groceries, taking the time to find healthy and delicious foods, and having an easy record of what I’ve made in the past with direct links to the recipes in most cases.
Tuesday’s dinner is a repeat, because I’m cooking a meal for our Pastor’s family (he’s recovering from surgery) and I think this chicken dish was something really delicious that he and his whole family will enjoy. And since I’m cooking for them, I’ll make a little extra time in the kitchen.
Monday: out – Date Night – Paint Your Pet at McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub
Wednesday: Sriracha Beef Lettuce Wraps
Thursday: out – Chef’s Table at the club
Friday: Date Night at home – Spicy Shrimp Stackers with my hubby’s awesome Margaritas
Saturday: Parmesan Pork Chops and Veggies
